Day 1:  Mon. March 7, 2022 –  Depart the USA


Day 2: Tues. 3/8 “Entry into the World of Jesus”

Arrive in Israel at Ben Gurion Airport outside Tel Aviv, transfer to Hotel in Netanya, orientation for trip during bus ride, dinner at hotel, evening walk on the beach of the Mediterranean Sea.


Day 3: Wed. 3/9 “Jesus Early Life and Beginning of His Public Ministry”

Caesarea (Herod the Great and descendants), Nazareth, Mt. Precipice, Sepphoris, Poriah Overlook, overnight on the Sea of Galilee


Day 4: Thurs. 3/10 “Jesus’ Ministry Around the Sea of Galilee”

Tiberius, Cana, Capernaum, Korazin, Plain of Bethsaida, Magdala, Jesus Boat, boatride on the Sea of Galilee, overnight on the Sea of Galilee


Day 5: Fri. 3/11 “Jesus’ Ministry in the Far North and around the East Side of the Lake”

Dan, Caesarea Philippi, Mt. of Transfiguration (Mt. Hermon), Road to Damascus, Gergesa, Susita/Hippus, Yardenit (water baptism in the Jordan River), overnight on the Sea of Galilee


Day 6: Sat. 3/12 “Jesus and His Bible”

Har Barkan, Spring of Gideon, Jezreel, Hill of Moreh, Mt. Tabor, Mt. Carmel, overnight on the Jerusalem


Day 7: Sun. 3/13 “Jesus’ Final Trip to Jerusalem”

Lower Jordan Valley, Perea, Aenon/Adam, Jericho, Masada, Dead Sea, Ein Gedi, Qumran, Jerusalem-Jericho Road, Judean Wilderness and the Good Samaritan, Mt. of Olives, overnight in Jerusalem

City Model/Shrine of the Book/Archeological Wing, Mt. of Olives, Tower of David (Herod’s/Pilate’s Palace), overnight in Jerusalem


Day 9: Tues. 3/15 “Jesus’ last Week of Ministry in Jerusalem”

Temple Mount, Church of the Nativity, Nativity Square, St. George’s restaurant, Shepherd’s Field, Herodion, Bethany (?)  overnight in Jerusalem


Day 10: Wed. 3/16 “Jesus Conflict with the Authorities”

Shilo, Western  Wall, Wohl Museum (High Priestly palaces), Davidson Center (money  changing, ritual immersion pools, southern Temple steps, Huldah Gates, Pinnacle of the Temple), overnight in Jerusalem


Day 11: Thurs 3/17 “God’s Healing Power”

Yad VeShem – Holocaust Museum, Machene Yehudah open air market, City of David, Pool of Siloam, Old City shopping and exploring,  overnight in Jerusalem


Day 12: Fri. 3/18  “Jesus’ Arrest, ‘Trials’, Death, Burial, and Resurrection”

Free morning (shops/museums open in morning only), check out at 11, Gethsemane, Pilate’s Palace, Church of the Holy Sepulchre/Resurrection, Garden Tomb, Communion, King David Hotel (First-Century Rolling-Stone Tomb), Jerusalem University College archeological sites, farewell dinner overlooking the city, transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for departure


Day 13: Sat. 3/19 Depart Israel and Return to the USA
